Welcome to my cave!!

This is where I write about my worlds. I am a Swedish worldbuilder and I mainly build earth-like worlds for no reason than just for the sake of worldbuilding. I also post on tiktok on @jkdans0. This page is mainly about showing my worlds which you can find on the right but I also put up some cool images that I made, the page is currently under construction so things might be moved or deleted. I might also do philosophy here or something?? Idk

About my worlds

Itaile

Itaile can be seen as a sequel to Gristord. It's the same premise, a what-if scenario on what if earth's terrain looked different. The same plants, animals are still there but the tectonics and climates are shifted. I also added a magic system which I might expand upon further later down the line. I've currently got to the year corresponding to 300 AD in real life (that's more than 3000 years of history) but I plan on continuing into the modern day.

Eream

Eream takes place on a barren world where the few remaining humans feed on a thick, glue-like substance with little nutrients. I initially wanted to worldbuild something as grim as I could without anything outright malicious hunting or torturing the humans, just a particularly bad environment, but after some time I came up with governments and technology which improved the situation a bit. The world is actually based on a dream I had which is where the name comes from.

Gristord

Gristord was my first world with actual effort put in. It covers the history of an earth-like world for more than 7000 years but only the last 1000 was written somewhat detailed. I followed Madeline James' guide for both the geography and history but I made a lot of mistakes when writing which made me unhappy with the result. Firstly, the geography is suuuper unrealistic and I had to make changes to it after it already was tangled up in the history. Secondly, the history was also flawed, for example I feel like it wasn't detailed enough and also followed real history too closely. These issues led me to abandon this project and start working on Itaile instead.
